As an order picker at Amazon, my role involves using a handheld device to locate and collect items from various shelves based on customer orders. The LO forklift allows me to safely reach and pick products stored on shelves that are out of reach from the ground. It provides a mobile platform that elevates me to the correct height to scan, select, and load items quickly and efficiently while ensuring accuracy and safety.

• Receive, store, pack, and ship products in an Amazon warehouse
• Operate machinery like VCRs and pallet jacks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure quality standards
• Fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
• Potential exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels depending on the warehouse setting
• Collaborative teamwork with other associates to meet production goals

• Assists kitchen staff in food preparation and cleaning tasks to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Supports chefs and cooks with basic food handling and kitchen maintenance duties
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Helping to unload deliveries and organize stock in storage areas
