I worked as a senior waiter at Rick Stein’s Cornish Arms, running my own section, supporting junior staff, and ensuring smooth service during busy shifts. The role taught me to think on my feet, solve problems quickly, and maintain high standards under pressure. I am also qualified in RYA Powerboat Level 2, with experience operating small vessels safely and independently, developing practical skills in navigation, handling, and safety procedures. Alongside this, I have a strong passion for cars and enjoy maintaining and repairing my own Honda Civic, which has helped me build mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach. These experiences have given me practical, reliable skills that I can apply to any outdoor or hands-on role.
