• Started off as a labourer, storing, packing and handling the products and learning how to use different machines accessible for use in the processing room.
• Later on became a knife hand learning to cut and trim beef meat to be processed and stored.
• Returned and became a saw man cutting lamb carcasses into required portions while also doing a bit of knife hand work if the need were required
