• Coordinated and collaborated with UTS and NCIRS researchers as well as NBMLHD public health team to publish peer-reviewed science articles on vaccine-hesitant parents in the Blue Mountains.
• Established a veteran health program in collaboration with veteran consumers and supported a nurse team member in her role of delivering home support aids to veterans as part of the relevant DVA program.
• Developed early documentation and in-house education on the framework for commissioning cycles that Medicare Locals were expected to deliver.

• Entered data, generated reports, and produced tracking documents for childhood immunisation across the Blue Mountains LGA.
• Ran numerous education events for GPs and Practice Nurses on childhood immunisation and travel medicine.
• Quickly developed and deployed an education package on PPE to all the general practices in the Blue Mountains during the H1N1 swine flu.
• Developed and implemented a novel business plan to increase the uptake of Home Medicine Reviews across the Blue Mountains.
