Additionally, I have gained significant experience in the NUM-2 role, having been selected by my NUM to undertake NUM relief within the emergency department on numerous occasions.


In my role as a clinical leader, I bring a diverse skill set that includes effective time management, a comprehensive understanding of KPIs, TOC, escalation procedures, and the delegation of care coordination to prioritize patient safety.
