  • Administer labour, safe-working and plant resource requests from the MTM Infrastructure Team engineers in line with MTM process and procedures, to support renewals and maintenance activities,
  • Source quotations and conduct tender for plant and resources in support of upcoming works (1-4 weeks), with selection per price, quality, delivery and customer service capabilities,
  • Secure plant and resources in short time frames (e.g. 1-2 days to 4-8hrs) to meet urgent work requirements and record plant & resource requests into ARMS (Access and Resource Management System) to reflect work being undertaken (for financial tracking and accrual),
  • Approve for payment of supplier invoices per arranged request; administer the variations that may occur between invoice and requisition,
  • Manage supplier performance via the measurement of Safety (LTIs), Quality (Errors/ Rework), Cost (Rate), Delivery (On-time) and Customer Service KPIs.,
  • Support Plant & Resource Supply Manager in conducting face-to-face meetings with suppliers, reviewing supplier performance KPIs, and working through issues and initiatives to improve supplier performance,
  • Generate data and create reports upon suppliers to support with supplier performance review process,
  • Build and sustain working relationships with suppliers whilst maintaining confidentiality across supplier base.
