These valuations are audited annually by external auditors

Instruction of external Valuers including developing brief, reviewing quotes, comprehensive instructions and quality assurance process of reports
Responsible for planning and reviewing of valuation work to be completed to ensure required timeframes are met for desired acquisition and divestment outcomes
Excellent knowledge and understanding of planning instruments including Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plans which are required when determining the highest and best use of land
