Training:

• I run trainings for the Junior Secondary program of debating in Victoria, introducing high achieving high school students to debating
• Facilitate meaningful presentations on topics such as argumentation and legal theory

Impact: I am one of the leading trainers at the DAV, with students travelling interstate for the courses.

Adjudicating:

• I adjudicate the Victorian high school debate circuit, communicating with coaches, parents and students to provide impactful, actionable feedback
• I train other employees and report back to the central office

Impact: I am the fastest improved rank employee at the company, and was meaningfully promoted within my first month.

• I was selected to peer mentor based on academic results and an interview process
• I facilitated peer mentoring sessions to address students concerns on studying law for the first time and to enhance student experience
• I developed and provided resources to students on effective time management, study techniques and academic research

Impact: Was asked to return to the role, and received unanimously positive feedback from mentees.
