• Lead the development and implementation of tailored educational programs in collaboration with educators, children, and families, aligned with Aspect's person-centred approach to autism education.
• Guide and mentor educators in planning, observations, and reflections to improve learning outcomes, mirroring Aspect's evidence-informed best practices in autism.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative environment, as is central to Aspect's multidisciplinary team approach.
• Oversee the creation and execution of outdoor and sports programs, engaging students' strengths and interests, similar to Aspect's specialised education approaches.
• Mentor and train new educators, ensuring they are equipped to support diverse learning needs, aligned with Aspect’s goal of building student and family capacity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks, maintaining high standards in service delivery, as expected at Aspect.
• Plan and oversee vacation care programs, demonstrating adaptability in program development, relevant to Aspect’s individual-focused learning environment.
