Activity Passion

  • Sports is always I am passionate about as I use to play lot of sports growing up. I was a great player of cricket and football(especially 5V5) as I use to represent my school during inter-school events and most of my adulthood went playing football with my friends, that's how I got leadership quality along with communication as every week we played with different teams around the area. Even though I don't get time to play but I still enjoy watching sports through various medium.
  • Australia made me explore my current passion which is cooking as I use to just cook occasionally back home but while living in Sydney I had to prepare my own food so I started experimenting and came to know I enjoy cooking.
  • Another good quality I have adopted was learning languages and have a good vocab over English, Gurung(very few people can speak), Nepali, Hindi and few more.

Learning

  • Leadership & Strategic planning: where I have performed lots of presentations on Business Management, Ethical Business and many other topics along with my classmates and distributed workload equally and delivered an informative outcome.
  • Human Resource & Ethical Behaviour: was something I had it in me but while reading and accessing case studies there is so much wrong doing within the companies and how a HRBP or a HR Manager deals with such situations and I had great time studying different strategies and policies that companies have taken to tackle problem within and externally.
  • Communication: is an aspect which I have improved and has helped me gain confidence not only personally but also at my workplace. I have succeeded in Communication from the fact that customers and owners have turned into friends especially elder pals who enjoy my customer service, all thanks to all the presentations and Business Communication classes.
