- Completely stripped back an existing house to expose the timber framing and installed new roof, wiring, plumbing, mechanical ducts, relocated many walls and replaced the existing flooring

- All external walls were made from RC moulds - no hebel was used on the project externally
- Communal pool as well as a private pool on penthouse rooftop
- Worked closely with interior designs, architects, engineers and other consultants in design meetings as well as through any RFIs
- Complex site logistically due to large amount of heritage trees and vegetation surrounding the site which made it difficult to use the crane to take deliveries and store material around site
- Boundary to boundary site
- Shoring wall used a CASTEC system instead of a typical sheet piling due to the conditions of the site (sand)
