At CSi Club Southport, a community-focused venue rebuilding its reputation for exceptional service, I played a pivotal role in driving growth and customer engagement in our Keno operations. Working closely with the General Manager and the Keno team, I developed and executed a range of promotions and initiatives designed to boost sales and foster long-term customer loyalty.

  • Implemented a series of successful promotions that significantly increased Keno sales, contributing to year-on-year growth from 2015 to 2017.
  • Created the CSI Superplay Ticket, a unique Keno ticket that spelled out "CSI" using numbers, which became available for play across all Queensland venues, enhancing brand visibility and player engagement.
  • Organized weekly syndicates with regular Keno customers, cultivating a strong sense of community and encouraging repeat play.
  • Recognized as the first-ever inductee into the Clubs Queensland Keno Hall of Fame for outstanding contributions to the growth and success of Keno in Queensland.
