Jaiydan Milsom

In this position, I am responsible for efficiently and expertly delegating my time to process, order and load containers for wholesale distribution. I act as the leader of a small group, creating a game plan week by week to bring to the task at hand. With no 2 days being the same, I am able to think on my feet and work alongside management to distinguish what would be the most productive use of our time and implement that to a high degree. Effectively operating at a constantly high level of production has enabled me to quickly gain more responsibilities and trust in the workplace.

As the owner of the business, I have been involved in every stage of the construction process. I run a team of 6 men who rely on me to have an effective agenda for each task we have on hand. I lead these men to work to the best of their ability in tasks comprised of Framing, Renovations, Decking, Pergolas, Fencing, Fit Off and much more. I have great pride in the way i have taught some of these boys and how much they have grown in their time with me. As the owner, i have immense experience behind the scenes with invoicing, scheduling and quoting, all done in my free time in order to maximise the time we are on the clock. Customer service is a huge trait as well, I'm quite versed in establishing, keeping and flourishing relationships with clients and builders alike, we converse with each other to make any questions or worries aware and are able to quickly apply the best solution to those moments in order to move forward in a way that everyone is happy with.

One of my earliest experiences in the work force, this job taught me valuable lessons on how to always keep the customer happy, always give everything 100% effort and to always love what you do. I learnt how to process payments, take reservations, take orders and offer service with a smile. Over my time at the hotel, I became responsible for managing the bar area of the establishment, capable of effectively running a successful night on my own. I would continue to offer and provide help where needed in the rest of the hotel to a high degree.
