I've spent the last few years running the day-to-day operations at the Bellevue Hotel, leading a team of 30 staff and keeping everything running smoothly. I've managed budgets, boosted profits, handled staff training and rosters, and even oversaw a full bottleshop renovation. I enjoy solving problems, keeping things organised, and helping people do their best work. I'm now keen to bring those skills into a role where I can make a difference in the community.
