Moved to Scotland to oversee a venue take over of the Tomich Hotel. Covid-19 shut venues over extended periods. Moved around working where possible, primarily as wait staff. Using that opportunity to reconnect with the basics of customer service.

Working for Solotel over a fifteen year span, I was involved in a wide range of venues. Licensee of the Courthouse Hotel Newtown, Bank Hotel Newtown, The Erko Erskineville and Hotel Chambers in Martin Place.
Other venues on a management level- Kings Cross Hotel, Golden Sheaf Double Bay, Clock Hotel Surry Hills.
The experience I gained from Solotel was priceless and covered all areas from operations to financial control.
