• Help skydivers with the fitting and proper adjustment of their gear, including tandem passenger harnesses and personal rigs.
• Assist with coordinating jump manifest, ensuring each skydiver is assigned to the right flight group and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Drive or organize transport to the drop zone or air port, making sure all skydivers and crew are transported safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with pilot via radio whilst keeping track of weather conditions, including wind, visibility, and cloud cover, to ensure safe jumping conditions.
• Daily vehicle checks including refuelling air crafts.
• Packing parachutes.
• Gear checks and maintenance.

• Coordinate emergency response teams, ensuring effective resolution of domestic and residential property issues. Jobs ranging from temporary fencing, boarding up windows, doors and walls. tree removal, removal of cars after car impacts, changing roof tiles, tapping roofs, temporary roof solutions to stop water ingress.
• Assess and prioritise emergency repair needs, developing quick solutions to properties and meet insurance requirements.
• Balancing speed and quality by working as a team with work colleagues
• Assisting teams at other locations to help find appropriate solutions
• Provide hands-on training for work crews on the safe operation of heavy vehicles with trailers, tipper trailers, power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns, grinders, skill saws. ), and other equipment.
• Attending multifaceted callouts to assess individual situations to the safest outcome and
  carry out required works with team
• basic to complex rigging tasks to secure building elements that are at risk of falling in order to dismantle and make safe, patios, aircon units, etc

Site wide Dogman & Intermediate rigger

• Ensuring that conveyors and idlers operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime
• Working at heights in harness to perform rigging duties
• Setting up exclusion zones for a safe work area
• Tele handler & forklift operation - from small forklifts up to 15T
• Rigging work setting up and using come alongs, chain blocks, spreader bars and hydraulic lifting devices
• working with cranes of various sizes. dogging loads, hand signals & radio comms
• Completing any safety-related paperwork such as PTHA and lift plan to review with crane
  operator and supervisor

• Assist with a range of carpentry duties boarding up windows
• use of power tools such as drills, angle grinders, drop saws, hand saws, nail guns, staple guns, and more
• Roofing duties range from installing tarp over the roof to applying silicone to a tile or replacing tiles
• Tree removal using chain saws and team work to ensure safety
• Dismantle damaged fences and install temporary fencing including pool compliant fences and standard style.
