• Frequently attend training days on Advanced first aid, Road Crash Rescue, Fire Fighting and Ropes and Rescue

• Conducting prestarts and general walk arounds on Haul trucks, loaders, dozers, excavator, light vehicles, and buses
• Working as a team to complete tasks within a deadline in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct BMA safes and JSA’s
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Clean ROM bin of blockages utilising excavator
• Conduct stockpile lifts and maintaining floor standards with dozers
• Maintain a consistent flow of coal through ROM bin utilising coal loader
• Train and Assess on excavators, loaders and haul trucks.

• Providing secondary strata support in the underground workings
• Working as a team member on the coal face cutting coal and strata support
• Conducting parallel tasks to ensure safe and continuous production on the coal face
• Conducting pre starts and operating a variety of underground diesel equipment
• Participating in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Assist trades in repairs on continuous miner in a safe and effective manner.

• Mowing and irrigation maintenance
• Truck, tractor, and vehicle maintenance
• Turf deliveries
• Tractor, forklift and 4-wheel motorbike operating
• Grading of roads
• Rubbish disposal, cleaning and selling LSA products.
