I joined Slalom ANZ after a successful tenure at Venntifact, culminating in its acquisition by Deloitte. Recruited to establish a new Customer Experience (CX) technology capability, I serve as Practice Lead. My responsibilities encompass building strategic partnerships, leading team recruitment, securing new projects, and supporting the go-to-market team as a Solution Sales Lead for both existing and prospective clients.


Accomplishments:

  • Built and scaled Slalom’s Customer Experience & Data practice in ANZ from the ground up, growing headcount from 1 to 17 specialists (software engineers, data specialists, and tech marketers) within 24 months
