• Performing in-depth creditworthiness investigations on different entities based on financial statements and conduct financial ratio analysis and provide credit limit recommendations from $75,001 to $250,000
• Conducting direct approach with debtors to obtain financial information
• Working with the Management and Mercantile Agent to create, design and test TCR Portal which is a integrated system to provide policyholder with real time access to their policy summary, list of credit limit decisions and instant credit check results
• Providing training to all staff, clients and prospects on TCR Portal
• Assisting Service Department to lodge claims by collecting claim information and conduct trading history reconciliation

• Proceeding day-to-day credit applications all existing clients
• Conducting credit analysis on different entities through obtaining information from mercantile reports, trading history and trade references, public searches and financial data
• Issuing credit check decisions on discretionary limit applications up to $75,000
• Conducting detailed credit assessments and provide credit limit recommendations from $75,001 to $250,000
• Delivering credit limit decisions to all policyholder via phone and emails
• Collecting financial data and conduct research on different business sectors and assist management to prepare monthly industry reports
• Assisting Service Managers to conduct credit investigations to obtain further information on specific credit applications
• Setting up Monitoring on Debtor via Mercantile suppliers and alert clients with solvency status, critical changes of business and adverse information

• Assisting Risk Management Department to proceed credit applications, verifying legal entities and generate credit data through mercantile agents
• Assisting Risk Management Department to collect further debtor credit data through conducting trade reference checks and trading history analysis
• Maintaining and updating internal database, logs and spreadsheets for each client and prospect
