Worked across 3 locations servicing 6 main bars as well as 7 function and specialty bars. My core responsibilities included:

-Stock management. (facilitating stocktake, monitoring and adjusting stock levels, stock distribution between clubs, etc.)

-Using senpos stock monitoring system.

-Purchasing/ordering. (collecting and creating orders for all beverages, consumables, and bar related goods.)

-Receivals of deliveries.

-Forklift operation.

-Keg room operation and beer line cleaning using Andale systems.
