I am Jambay Dorji, a passionate culinary enthusiast hailing from Bhutan. I have been on a culinary journey, starting with the completion of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery last year and subsequently moving on to achieve a Certificate IV in the same field. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a diploma in hospitality at the Empyrean Education Institute. Cooking has always been my lifelong love, driving me to continually expand my culinary skills and knowledge. I am a proactive and dedicated team player, wholeheartedly committed to personal and professional growth.
With a background in the retail industry and a strong desire to craft exceptional dining experiences, my ambition is to transition into the dynamic hospitality sector, specifically as a restaurant cook. My passion for this career path was solidified during my internship at the renowned Ritz-Carlton, where I discovered my unwavering dedication to culinary excellence.
In my leisure time, I derive immense joy from preparing traditional Bhutanese dishes. However, my culinary horizons have broadened, and I am now fervently focused on mastering a diverse array of international cuisines, pushing the boundaries of my culinary expertise.
