James Antrobus

An extensive 30+ years in the Construction Industry with ability and experience to Project Manage on any domestic projects ranging $100k up $10million plus projects.

With prior knowledge and experience it includes a Carpentry Apprenticeship Qualification in Carpentry, HIA OHS Safety Officers Qualification, Cert iv in Building and Construction and Up to date First Aid and CPR Certificate .

I have the ability to not only provide the management skills it takes construct buildings from before they hit site to handover but also in the administrative side from reviewing Designs, Plans specifications and Building Contracts to avoid any delays or problems once they hit site but also throughout the building process.

I also have a vast experience in renovations and additions to both domestic and retail dwellings especially working under the guidelines of strict Heritage Overlays.

In the last 12 months I have been engaged as a Project Manager to oversee and perform Construction on numerous Projects for Scouts Victoria including renovations and updates to existing dwellings as well as the complete Construction from start to finish of 2 new buildings with a total estimated value of $3.5m.

As an Owner and Director of my own Company from 2016 to current I know and understand what it takes to run a successful and profitable business.

If I had to describe myself briefly I would say that I am a highly motivated with a vast range of experience and the ability to multi task and problem solve with ease. I have a wide range of Project and Construction Management Experience but also at the same time still like to be actively on the tools if required and are both fit and healthy and enjoy doing so.
