• Having no lost time injuries in nearly 7 years at Central Healthcare Services (Sigma Healthcare) as the Operations Manager

• Saved Ray’s Outdoors $750,000 by assisting them in exiting a 3-year lease. This involved finding a new tenant for the site, assisting in new leasing arrangements & site hand over
• Sourced a new transport company for customer home deliveries. It saved the company approx. $72,000 a year in courier fees and reduced freight double handling & damage
• Running the Sydney Warehouse with limited staff and still exceeding targets. This saved the company a total of $160,000 in staff wages for the financial year
• Never had outstanding customer orders at the C.O.B daily for the entire time I held this position of Warehouse Manager with Ray’s Outdoors
• Winning most valuable employee of the year for 2005 at Boots Great Outdoors
• Producing the highest ever net dollars sales for the G.M section for the Christmas period in Kmart Blacktown’s history
