Formulating and implementing business strategies

Development of an External Environment Framework for the QSuper/ QInsure business which pulled insights from multiple sources that could impact the Group performance and business strategies. The Framework provided insights into Technological, Regulatory, Economic conditions, Competitor updates and Industry trends.


Business Management

Improved annual financial performance for the overall Group Marketing budget ($19.8 million) from 10% yearly variance to less than 1% since beginning in the role.


Delivered Zero based budgeting methodologies to the Group Marketing division. This enabled us to identify over $900k in “low-value” activities which we were able to re-forecast into more “high-value” activities to achieve greater scorecard metrics.
