Ran my own boilermaking business from the beginning of 2024 through to the end of 2025. I primarily specialised in ute accessory fabrication eg. ute racks, and ute trays. I also did custom fabrication jobs, as well as a fair share of my own projects, and repairs.

Assisted boilermakers in activities such as plate and sheet metal work, grinding tasks, as well as examining and carrying out engineer referred tasks. Also spent a partial chunk of time working with fitters carrying out tasks such as sandblasting, brazing drill bits, assembling wrenches, and using robot welders.

Spent 3 days assisting and carrying out work related tasks such as cutting steel orders, using a guillotine to cut down sheet metal, and bending sheet metal. Spent an additional day working with a boilermaking carrying out welding tasks.
