I am a Systems Developer from the United Kingdom with a New Zealand passport. Currently, I am seeking opportunities in Melbourne. With a confident and professional communication style, I am eager to pursue a career in IT. Additionally, I have secured a winter job at Thredbo Mountain Resort until September. In terms of volunteering experience, I have worked part-time as a Volunteer Police Officer with Avon and Somerset Police in Bristol, UK. As a Special Constable, I completed my initial training in January 2020 and gained practical experience in effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. My proficiency extends to using telephone and video communication for collaborative work. Throughout my academic journey, I demonstrated leadership skills as a project leader, and my experience with the Police has reinforced my ability to handle challenging situations and guide others to find effective solutions. Driven by ambition, I am committed to delivering projects on time and surpassing customer expectations. Furthermore, I possess knowledge of business processes and customer service strategies.
