Deal experience inlcudes:

Buy-side due diligence for Kirin Holdings Limited on their c~$1.9b purchase of Blackmores Limited.

• Analysed key trading trends by product groups (e.g. Blackmores, BioCeuticals, PAW, etc.) including sales trends, price / volume / mix, gross to net trends and gross margin trends.
• Assessed risks and potential upsides in the Target achieving the FY23 forecast based on recent run-rate performance and other diligence observations.

Sell-side due diligence on the sale of a c$1.5b+ childcare business for a leading Australian private equity fund.

• Performed analysis over the Group's M&A strategy including drivers of centre performance pre and post acquisition and understanding the rationale behind acquisition screening.
• Analysed historical working capital/net asset levels relative to revenues, seasonal factors, and other significant trends impacting historical cash flows.
• Analysed historical capex spend versus plan, and the forecast capex requirements of the business

• Audit trainee in telecommunications and other consumer/industrial products and services.
• Worked full-time while completing university full-time.
• Acknowledged as one of 3 'Tier 1' performers (the highest out of 5 tiers) amongst the cohort of 100+ associates/trainees.
• Worked on impairment assessments for Aristocrat & TPG Telecom - involved auditing goodwill valuation models (alongside the PwC Valuations team).
