- Delivering in vehicle and classroom based training across all divisions of Cleanaway.
- Develop a training program with an RTO (HBA Learning) and implement the Branch Instructor training program and ongoing development within the Qld Business Units to become self-sufficient and manage their own sites training requirements. This program was then rolled out across the country.
- Organise RTO training through Brisbane Truck School for drivers licence upgrades, in vehicle assessments and yellow gear assessments for the commencement of the Brisbane City Council Transfer Station and Landfill contract
- Update current training documents and where required develop new training packages to ensure they contain up to date information and distribute to HVDT’s for further review
- Conduct Fatigue audits as requested from senior management on sites across Australia to ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility
- Organise the attendance of HVDT’s and various Branch Instructors to attend DECA Wodonga TAFE for the Pro Drive Train the Trainer Program
- Organise HVDT’s to attend and train employees of a business acquisition (Scanline Liquids) based across various sites in QLD, NSW and VIC to the Cleanaway requirements.
- Participate in various Learning Team Governance and Action Committees and Cleanaway Leaders Programs and Development with other internal and external stakeholders such as development of Cleanaway Chain of Responsibility Standards and Guidelines, Waste and Recycling Industry Code of Practice, T-Turns procedure, Entering-Exiting Vehicles, Spotter Awareness Training.
- Development and roll out of the vehicle simulator trial currently underway at Brisbane Truck School.
