Throughout my career in the NSW Police Force, I have conducted duties in General Duties, Proactive Crime Team (Plain Clothes) and Domestic Violence Team. I gained extensive knowledge of NSW legislation, using this to prosecute offenders that had committed Domestic Violence to Break and Enter offences. I utilised my communication skills and calm nature, to proactively disturb and disrupt crime throughout the community, by engaging with recidivist offenders. I actively engaged in prevention and disruption of Domestic Violence related offences.

In my time working for the Central Coast Council Lifeguard Service, I have worked in both Full-Time and Casual positions. I have worked extensively along the Central Coast Pools and Beaches, to provide a Professional service to the community. Throughout my time, I have had extensive training in First Aid, Beach safety and IRB and Jet Ski (PWC). Using this extensive training in IRB and PWC, I educated the community at locations such as Shelly Beach, The Entrance Beach and Terrigal Haven on safe locations to use watercraft and educated swimmers on safe areas to swim. I thoroughly enjoy educating members of the public, about safe ocean safety, eg. Identifying rip currents and how to alert lifeguards when in danger.

  • Conducted regular patrols to identify and help those in need of immediate care and assistance.
  • Provided friendly customer service to members of the community and addressed any of their concerns.
  • Observed weather and ocean conditions and alerted members of the community to potential dangers, storms, and rip currents.
  • Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support.
