- Cut steel among other metals to specified shape and size using a number of methods including Oxy/acetylene, plasma, angle grinder, guillotine and saws.
- After careful study of drawings Assembled components together according to drawings by tack welding.
- Welded fabricated products using MIG, MMAW and GTAW depending on drawing specifications both down hand and positional depending on availability of crane
- Operated gantry cranes to move materials around the workshop
- Operated forklift to move materials into or out of shop for further processing or to load trucks for delivery to client.
- Repairing or modification of products using carbon ark gauging, grinders or oxyacetylene to remove incorrectly positions plates/members while sparing parent metal from damage.
