I'm a driven and eager individual who is looking to further my career in the IT industry. I graduated from university with a Bachelor of Networking and Cybersecurity in 2019 and have a rich understanding of a variety of IT systems ranging from Virtualization to EUC support. My current position has deepened my understanding of enterprise IT systems and their impact on a corporate and end user level including and demonstrated my skills in maintaining business SLAs as well as managing and exceeding customer expectations. I now find myself pursuing my passion for cyber security.

In my current position as a system engineer, I work dynamically across a range of clients, working on both projects and BAU break fix. this role also has a requirement of being a 24 hour on-call escalation for lvel1 teams. Listed below are day to day responsibilities and achievements.
