• Safely strapping down loads to ensure the items are undamaged during transport
• Safely operating forklift to load and unload freight
• Building customer relations
• Use of a tablet and scanner to track all freight
• Daily and weekly vehicle checks to keep vehicle in a safe condition to operate

• Welding and structural repairs to mobile farming equipment
• Design and fabricate improvements for farming equipment
• Workshop and site welding with Mig, MMAW, Flux core
• Operating forklifts, MR truck, Farming machinery
• New and used sales of farming machinery and equipment
• Building customer relationships with new and current customers

• Subcontracting to real estate agencies
• Preforming on site quotes
• Bathroom repairs (including plumbing, taps and leak diagnosis and repair)
• Tiling (both new and replacement)
• Wall repairs and internal/external repainting
• Door and lock replacement
• Pool fence replacement and upgrades to council requirements
• Pergola/carport upgrades and repairs

• Supervising 3-18 employees at Orica, Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB) and Gladstone Area Council (GAC)
• Site projects team leader, including attending client meetings to discuss project requirements
• New site installation of s/s piping from isometric drawings
• Organizing of NDT testing of welds before and after repair
• Maintenance upgrade projects for GAWB and GAC
• Operating and supervising 20t franna, tele-handler, MR truck and forklifts to install pumps on site
• Ensuring all Site safety protocols are understood and followed
• Time keeping and client billing for employees

• Organize 8 - 10 employees daily duties
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Develop and implement new safety procedures
• Assist in work scope planning
• First point of contact for any issues which may arise daily on site
• Attend meetings with Worley Parsons and Hatch project managers for planning and problem solving
• Maintain and operate non-slew crane, forklift, MR truck and 4t tele-handler
• Installation of pump station upgrades and associated piping and platforms
