  • Here I was the manager of the bar and restaurant working under the resorts GM
  • I was initially hired to give some life back into the resort mainly to refresh and restart the entire drinks menu while also helping the head chef with a revamped food menu
  • I worked with the local food suppliers and drink reps to construct a new beverage offering
  • I created a well-balanced, modernised, enticing drinks package for the guests, from coffee to cocktails to wine
  • I expanded the offering and the quality by tenfold and still managed to boost their GP up substantially
  • I still excelled in my managerial duties, hired and trained a 10/10 team with exceptional customer service, ordering, rostering, stocktake, implementing procedures etc.

  • At Boatys I managed to increase the weekly revenue by double within three weeks of taking the venue on
  • I organised the venue and put multiple procedures into place which helped run the venue smoothly, clean and efficient
  • Talked to reps and changed the drinks menu to increase quality while increasing the beverage GP to 80% from 64%

  • After four years of Venue Management, I decided to take a step back from Hospitality and use my extensive knowledge of Alcohol, Back of House systems, ordering, stocktake, management and customer service
  • During my 7 months I was employed as the Assistant Manager for the only 24/7 Bottle Shop in Australia which saw average takings of 150-200k a week.

  • Here I started as a Bar Manager and quickly worked my way up to get promoted to the Venue Manager nine months into employment
