• Throughout my time at Paul Sadler Swimland, I have developed across a range of roles and responsibilities including; teaching across a range of year levels (4 months - adults), providing ongoing feedback to parents regarding their child's progression, coaching at competitive levels, administration roles, leading teams across multiple centers, customer service, mentoring and assessing trainee teachers, business planning as well as attending many professional development sessions
• I have also organised many of the schools' programs that run within Bacchus Marsh as well as organizing assistance at the schools swimming carnivals
