A fully qualified and certified Boilermaker Welder, holding a Certificate of Proficiency awarded by the NSW Training Tribunal for MEM30305 Engineering in Fabrication in Trade a Certificate III from TAFE NSW Parkes College and also currently studying for International Welding Inspector - IIW IWI B. I am a first-class Boilermaker welder with extensive experience in Australia and overseas. I started my apprenticeship in the Philippines where I gained significant work placements and experience to obtained certificates and qualifications for Welding and steel fabrication from the Philippine Trade School. Then, I trained and worked in Japan in one of the Shipbuilding companies where I gained fabrication and welding techniques and I also gained a great deal of confidence to interpret drawings and correct use of fabricating machines and power tools. Then, I moved to Australia and completed an Engineering in Fabrication in Trade course, and had Fifteen (15) years of experience in New South Wales Regions in different fabrication and welding firms including my current job as a boilermaker welder, repairing heavy plants such as haul truck trays repairs, Booms cracked welds repairs, and buckets repair in DK Heavy plants services located at upper hunter valley of NSW, we use flux-core and solid wire welding, arc gouging, thermal arc lancing, and grinding to complete the project. Also, my experience in Almighty Industries located at Orange NSW where they were specialize in providing truck, trailer & light and heavy commercial vehicle body solutions as well as commercial vehicle lifting solutions, that I was designated as a general fabricator who has the task of making vehicle body and its components that necessary in a working truck vehicle. Also, I worked in TRANSTANK PTY LTD located at Parkes NSW 2870 where they specialize in pressurized Tank for combustible liquids with pumping bay solutions, as well as commercial and mining oil tank solutions, I was designated as general Boilermaker Welder who had the task of fabricate and weld of Tank and all its attachments, Also I worked at HALLIDAY Engineering where I was a boilermaker, repairing marine assets for the defense and private shipping vessels for local and interstate correlation. Also I did some shut-down work in Appin Coal Mine, CB&I, Saunders and Downers. I have deep insight into applicable welding procedures, specifications, and standards. Has strong analytical skills to analyse safety. Extensive experience in Fabrication and Welding of Light to heavy steel sections, structural, Industrial, Vehicle bodybuilding, shipbuilding and railways. Has the ability to complete a job efficiently, and accurately. Has knowledge of the position's general duties to ensure the job's quality even when unsupervised. Impressive knowledge in all kinds of arc welding processes such as MiG, TiG, FCAW , LN 25 Suitcase, and Stick. Has extensive experience in welding and fabrication of aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel. Proficient in plasma cutting, Oxy-acetylene cutting, arc gouging, thermal lancing and other fabricating tools and machines. Has been trained to operate 10T overhead crane and dogging. Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings.
