  • I was responsible for leading the Bowen and Proserpine Water and Sewerage departments to construct, operate and maintain the reticulation networks, treatment plants and reservoirs to ensure compliance with environmental and health standards.
  • During this time i also directly Project Managed and fulfilled the role of Superintendent of upgrades of the Cannonvale and Proserpine Sewerage Treatment Plants and Greenfield site construction of the Bowen and Proserpine Water Treatment Plant valued at greater then $100m.
  • I also directly managed a complete overhaul and modernisation of the the SCADA and Telemetry Systems for all water and sewerage infrastructure in the Whitsunday Regional Council. Joining together two obsolete, non compatible systems following the Council amalgamations.

  • Planned, scoping design, contract administration and delivery for large projects.

  • Developed comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and budget requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
