,During my first five years with Guardian Group, I focused on cold calling, with the primary objective of booking appointments for financial planners. These meetings allowed planners to discuss clients' superannuation and the insurance options attached to their super.
In the final five years, I transitioned to handling inbound leads. For four of those years, I also managed the appointment-setting sector of the company.
As both a manager and appointment setter, I was also responsible for confirming and rebooking appointments, as well as managing the financial planners’ calendars.
