I am a results-oriented Business Analyst with prior knowledge as a Product Designer with nearly two years of experience. I am dedicated to enhancing user experiences and driving product optimisation and am proficient in utilising design thinking frameworks, conducting user research, and creating both low- and high-fidelity wireframes that align with user needs. I'm also passionate about synthesising data and user feedback to inform strategic decisions, aiming to transition into a Product Manager role from my current role as an Oracle business analyst. I'm eager to leverage analytical skills and creativity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to this role.
