I managed all construction stages and subdivision paperwork as well.

I am both the director and project manager of the company.

I constructed houses for my customers, such as single houses(two stories and three stories) ,terrace houses and subdivisions.

I managed the whole construction stages of

earthwork,public drainage,retaining wall,foundation,public

driveway,framing to final inspection.

I also completed all the paperwork of subdivision, all by myself.
