I started with FRG and was placed into the MFI team which specialized in the Salesforce market. This was a colder desk where 360 recruitment was heavily emphasized. Being thrown in the deep end from day one I was able to build on my skills immediately and eventually bring on my own clients and fill my own roles. my days began calling candidates, mapping and learning my market then attacking the client side to bring on Jobs.

Worked in removals as a truck driver. My responsibility was to relocate clients furniture for domestic house moves and property stylist furniture to stage homes efficiently, safely and carefully without damaging clients possessions. This was a fast paced, heavy lifting role with high focus on customer service.

Tasks included:

• Surrounded items in cling film, padded blankets and tape to protect from damage.
• Disconnected and reconstructed furniture by removing headboards from bed frames, unscrewing mirrors from dressers and reassembling tables.
• Packed boxes by filling voids and arranging items to fit appropriately based on size, dimensions and weight.
• Moved furniture and boxes using utility dolly and truck ramp.
• Operated moving truck safely to deliver items to destination without nicks or scratches.
• Strapped items down over protective padding to secure throughout transportation.

As a resourcer for Hays recruitment I was responsible for screening candidates for the ATO offices. This job gave me a better understanding of how the recruitment industry works. In this role I was constantly seeking clients through many avenues, reading resumes and asking them multiple questions to see if they were the right fit to get to the next stage and using excel to manage my data. I would often deal with enquiries and solve solutions that were brought to me.

As an electrical assistant for GCO I carried out the usual responsibilities working within big teams and working in a variety of sectors. I spent 4 months pruning trees in Queensland. This was an extremely repetitive job on piece rate which required hard work and extreme focus to earn a competitive wage

I worked as an account manager for the UK's no.1 wholesaler for 3 years. This was a fast paced, intense role which required constant phone availability, occasionally taking 200+ phone calls a day, whilst carrying out other tasks to achieve customer satisfaction. As a team we managed the biggest tyre garages in the UK, such as kwik-fit, National tyres, Just tyre and ATS.
