I am writing to apply for the position of Customer Relationship Executive as advertised.


I believe my experience in building long term relationships with clients in the beauty industry will serve as a huge benefit in this role. I have been working in the beauty industry for the past 15 years, and in that time have built an impressive portfolio of loyal clientele. I understand the integral role I have had in my ability to interact with clients on a personal level and understand their needs, and am confident I can bring these same skills and commitment to the property industry.


I am always looking for ways to improve, develop, and grow both personally and professionally. This role would allow me to build on my extensive experience in client communication, customer education and problem solving which always meets and exceeds customer expectations. I pride myself on being a team player with an outgoing, positive personality and an exemplary passion for developing relationships, cultivating partnerships and empowering work culture.


As a working Mum of two and business owner I understand the need to be organised and have become very efficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously all while maintaining a strong eye for detail. My day to day role is engaging with clients and perfecting my Interpersonal skills, both of which are an integral part of the customer journey, from initial contact to after sales service.


My ability to build rapport, interpret body language, listen and communicate is second to none, all of which would make a very positive contribution to your team.
