  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective and efficient recruitment system and processes and lead the development of contemporary recruitment resources and tools that enable a consistent and supportive experience for VICSES staff and volunteers
  • In collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, People and Culture Business Partner and Western Region staff, analyse local membership data, capability needs, and community and risk profiles to understand volunteer workforce requirements and develop targeted recruitment support that address identified gaps
  • Provide specialist advice and support the development and delivery of VICSES volunteer recruitment and retention plans and support campaigns that promote continued growth and address the changing needs of our volunteer workforce
  • Contribute to the development and maintain reporting of volunteer recruitment and retention metrics
  • Manage the exit survey process for departing volunteer members, collate data and ensure learnings from the survey results are disseminated to Western Region staff
