· Coordinate new volunteer member enquiries through the VICSES JoinUs inbox and website. Work in partnership with Western Region staff to ensure all enquiries are managed in a timely and effective manner.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective and efficient recruitment system and processes and lead the development of contemporary recruitment resources and tools that enable a consistent and supportive experience for VICSES staff and volunteers.
· In collaboration with the People and Culture Manager and Western Region staff, analyze local membership data, capability needs, and community and risk profiles to understand volunteer workforce requirements and develop targeted recruitment support that address identified gaps.
· Provide specialist advice and support the development and delivery of VICSES volunteer recruitment and retention plans and support campaigns that promote continued growth and address the changing needs of our volunteer workforce.
· Contribute to the development and maintain reporting of volunteer recruitment and retention metrics.
