· Provide specialist advice and support the development and delivery of VICSES volunteer recruitment and retention plans and support campaigns that promote continued growth and address the changing needs of our volunteer workforce.

· Contribute to the development and maintain reporting of volunteer recruitment and retention metrics.

· Manage the exit survey process for departing volunteer members, collate data and ensure learnings from the survey results are disseminated to Western Region staff.

· Provide advice to ensure volunteer recruitment and onboarding policies, procedures and practices comply with legislative requirements and support the physical and psychosocial safety of all VICSES members.

· Develop and deliver workshops, training and presentations to staff and volunteers on contemporary volunteer recruitment and retention strategies that build capability and support consistent recruitment practices across Western Region

· Manage Volunteer Recruitment information on the VICSES intranet and JoinUs Website to support volunteer attraction and recruitment.
