I am responsible for using the fryer in the kitchen
My responsibilities include battering and frying chicken, cooking fries and potato gems, preparing sauces and refilling sauces, washing the dishes and various other tasks associated with working in a kitchen
When we had lunch rushes which sometimes last hours was able to work at a pace to not get overwhelmed and mitigate food delay.
Followed food safety practices and sanitation guidelines.
Operated food slicers, grinders and chopper in accordance with safety guidelines.
Stocked and rotated food items according to expiration dates.
Sanitized pots, pans, utensils, kitchen appliances and equipment using company-approved cleaning supplies.
Removed garbage, compost, and recycling, and placed in designated container areas.
