With lived experience as a mother of two dyslexic, neurodiverse children, a deeply personal interest in "how children learn to read" and how schools serve those who think and learn differently has been developed. This experience has ignited a profound belief about inclusive education - that all children should have the support needed to achieve their potential and thrive.

Commenced employment at Adshel in 2006 as an Account Manager. This was the beginning of an 11 year tenure across sales & marketing.
