Results-driven HSE Manager with a proven track record in incident investigation, risk assessment, and compliance management. Developed safety policies that enhanced operational safety and reduced incidents.

Over the past 7 years I have guided the company through ISO audits (surveillance and pre qualification) and spent days onsite with the third party auditor going thorugh all documentation and presenting evidence of legislative requirements.

I have further developed all Safety, Environment, and Safety systems in accordance with ISO standards and regulations, which has in turn led to a 7-year LTI record.

I have recently submitted the prequalification for Traffic Management Services with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and received a successful result, to which I now manage three crews of traffic controllers, removing the need to engage a third-party traffic control company, saving Brown Contractors thousands of dollars since May.

I am on-site several days a week to conduct fortnightly Safety and Environment Audits, and oversee the implementation of all HSE processes and procedures.

I have also engaged with a HR company over this period to ensure all employee contracts and conditions are legislatively correct and completed pay runs for 20 employees every Monday.

• I enjoy getting out in nature, whether it be hiking or camping, I was born and raised in the country and spent my early 20's in station camps in WA and North Queensland where I developed a love of hard work and accomplishment.
