Started Job as a quality control officer work in the Lab and production

• Set up lab from only process very basic testing eg. ph, weights etc. to be able to perform chemical testing and basic microbial counts tests. .
• Introduced HPLC and TLC tests for substances identification and quantitative tests. Almost the first lab to be able to perform herb identification test in-house. and it was finally accepted and recommended by TGA GMP auditors.
• Created and set up a distill system that able to distill out the alcohol used in extraction process and that remained in herb liquid. Alcohol contains has puzzled over so many years to western healthcare practitioners. Traditionally people use alcohol to extract herb and the same time , the amount of alcohol content also preserved liquid to give certain shelf life. Australian herbalist used to buy or make their own liquid herbal extracts using diluted alcohol. But alcohol always is the concern for damage human organs particularly to the liver. Since that time, NPD was able to supply non alcohol liquid herbal extracts.
• While setting up the state of art laboratory and implementing all QA system, I have involved and became the head of R&D . I have studied, built up a lot of knowledge in nutriceuticals formulations.
• Since taken over the General manger roll, I have lead the company sales from only $200 - 400 per month, raised up to over a million per month. During the time, I have managed company accounting system upgraded to a latest system that not only have to be approved by TGA and also able to handle future capacity increases.
• Became shareholder with small amount of company share . the board of company has valued my performed very high and reworded me by offer me company share to make sure I would stay securely to continue lead the company future. Also allowed me and encourage me to set up own business to be part of group. Since than, in our group we could offer to our customers with a full range of services: R & D formulation, regulatory affairs, Raw material sourcing and Manufacture the final dosage form. ( due to the capacity of the cash flow and stratige plan, the board only want to forcus on Manufacture site)

start here with part time job while on holiday(language school) Learnt all fruits and vegetables and involved in all food processes. During the time practiced very well in English.

taken over full time job as a manager，prepared roster daily and monitoring all the presentation of fruit salad and food dishes. looked after four shops at the same location.

• Participated in the research of L-lactic acid, from the selection of strains, the expansion of strains, to field trials, and so on until success. Participated in the publication of the paper "Production of L-lactic acid by fermentation" and won the Shanghai Science and Technology Achievement Award. At the same time, it has achieved great success in the industrialization research and technical optimization of ordinary lactic acid. Participated in technology transfer and on-site acceptance of more than a dozen factories.
