A Clinical Training Associate (CTA) is a unique role where the CTA is trained in all the aspects of training a medical student in the delivery of a Well Woman health Check.

This included mentoring the student as they went through the process of simulating a consultation with a client, giving them ques and feedback about how to deliver health care while relating to the client with respect and conducting themselves professional way.

After each session with the students, feedback was given to the medical school to aid in the education and training of the individual student.
