• Manage the entry of staff and visitors to the reception desk, activate door switch prompt.
• Ensure COVID19 protocols and checks for all staff and visitors.
• Welcome guests obtain names and details and advise staff as appropriate.
• Assist with catering and meeting logistics.
• Answer the phone, direct calls and take messages.
• Under supervision of the Office Manager, provide the team with a range of administrative support services
• Assist the Office Manager to develop procedures and processes and produce checklists.
• Assist in records management, photocopying, filing and binding documents as directed.
• Assist the ICT Officer to maintain the TSSP Asset Register and associated forms, so that all assets are recorded, related forms are submitted and assets are numbered.
• Assist other administrative team members at times of peak activity and provide back up support during leave periods.
