· Supervised and monitored the project site: Construction of a several academic toilets.

· The project took at around 10 months to complete.

· I led, directed, and motivated site teams to complete the project on time and within the budget.

· Directed a team of a supervisor, contractor and 2 engineers to manage work-fronts involving 15 workers to successfully execute the project.

· Managed weekly/monthly meetings with contractor to ensure the compliance with work procedures on site.

· Managed the use of materials and equipment to prevent property loss and support availability.

· Managed client relationships to ensure smooth delivery while monitoring and inspecting construction activities on site.

· Investigated, inspected and successfully resolved the issue of communication, labor shortage, equipment breakdown at site.

· Reviewed construction activities for compliance with health and safety requirements.

· Procured and oversaw construction materials for construction projects.

· Delivered academic toilets for girls and boys at 2 different schools.

· Supervised the maintenance and renovation of Bank which took around 5 months.

· It was led by a supervisor, contractor, engineers and 6 to 7 workers.

· The maintenance work involved building partition walls, installing aircon, painting walls and extension of office.

• Prepared and reviewed monthly financial statements.
• Prepared monthly payroll for employees.
• Processed payroll entries and reports for employees.
• Coordinated timely payments from vendors, clients and account holders.
• Evaluated expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Maintained accurate accounts for cash, fixed assets and other transactions.
• Gathered all banking transactions via statements, recorded activity in Excel format and reconciled balances.

• Learned about the basics of engineering software like AutoCad and staad pro.
